Diaper Swappers

This is baby #3 for me and I want a diaper bag that I will love.

Ideally it will have compartments (similar to a camera bag), be something that doesn't scream diaper bag, washable would be awesome, fits enough stuff for a newbie and snacks and extra stuff for older kids.

Does a bag like this exist?

I have to say I got a Vera Bradley diaper bag. The bigger one! I love it!!! It is sturdy , holds a ton and is cute !

I just got a Skip Hop Grand Central diaper bag and I LOOOVE it. It is extremely spacious!

Diaper Dude has a lot of compartments and doesn't look diaper bag-ish!

How about buy a purse that is large enough, and make an organizer with large compartments to go inside? This is what I have been meaning to do, but my sewing skills aren't great.
