I'm going with girl based on the gender shot, and the skull theory.

Deanna - I've got no good guess for you on that one! My initial thought was girl, but then I thought maybe boy? I don't know anything about the skull theory as I've only ever heard of it recently here on DS. Glad your appt went well though!

Based on those comparisons, I think it looks more like the girl... but then it could be a boy just not as noticeable/prominent as the boy diagram yet.

AFM: I'm 6 months today!
Although... that means only 3 months left !

Does anyone know if drinking more water will help increase fluid levels?

It can't hurt, Trace. The fluid level checker is notoriously inaccurate. I just read a study and wish I'd book marked it on why the thing is not a good indicator unless levels are very low/very high

Hmmm, good to know. Today they were at 11, Thursday they were at 17. I guess the range they want is 7-27. Anything 5 or less then they induce. I know they'll check fluid levels again on Wed at my MFM appt, so I'll just increase my water intake and see what happens then.

I've heard many care providers say nothing can help, but then have heard many, many mamas just increase their fluid intake while doing nothing else... and then have higher levels at the next u/s.
So, I say worth a shot! Certainly can't hurt anything!

it'll work.
I had a point (actually about this same time frame) with Isaac when I was suddenly measuring large (like 5-6cm ahead) and my fluid levels were over 30. I didn't do anything except pray, but then everything was normal a couple weeks later at a rescan to check
