My DS went from 25% to 30%, then back to 25%, then 3-5% at 6 months, then to under 3% for his weight, until age 2. He wasn't back up to 25% until age 3. Where he's been at for the last 3 years. Honestly, I think different people just grow differently. Obviously it CAN be a sign of concern, but it doesn't mean that there IS something wrong.
