Tilapia, roasted broccoli with pine nuts, those sliced baked potatoes that are all over Pinterest and salad I'm excited to try them

Salmon with lemon, roasted butternut squash with sage & brown butter sauce and portebello mushroom ravioli. The ravioli was frozen from a big batch before so I just pulled it out of the freezer. I was going to skip it but DH hates salmon.

If I remember correctly the one and only time I made pad thai it was a sticky mess! My husband asks for it sometimes and says that it was a delicious sticky mess, but then again, I don't think he had to clean the pan.
