What's for dinner?

New day...new dinner

Salmon cakes, steamed broccoli, rice pilaf and oranges.

Might have time to bake some snicker doodles for dessert

Thursday is breakfast for dinner night. Tonight we are having eggs, home fries and scrapple.

We're having soup burgers tonight. Sort of like a sloppy Joe but it's being beef, beans, and bacon.

Chicken breasts and cream of mushroom soup in the crock pot, we will have it over rice with a side of green beans

beef enchiladas....I could make some kind of enchilada twice a week and DH would never, ever complain.

Smothered potatoes w, onions, sausage and cheese. Put it in a tortilla and it is like potato tacos. Totally not healthy but yum

Thursdays are almost always breakfast for dinner night here too!

However, I've got some chicken breast that needs to be used, so we are having Italian chicken with steamed veggies, a big salad, and homemade breadsticks.

Tonight is swimming night for my kids, so I think I will throw some chicken breasts in the crockpot and some tomatoes and shred them up and make chicken and bean burritos when we get home.
