Unable to verify my PP account so I can sell

I have a fully verified PP acct that I use with my Etsy shop but for some reason on here when I try to fill it out on here it says that it is unable to verify it. What am I doing wrong?

I have this same problem I tried contacting DS and they won't reply Its so frustrating. Hopefully somebody will help us out!

Don't use the contact us option at the bottom of the page, as that won't go to the moderators/admins. I believe it goes to the site admin, not the forum admin if I recall correctly. If you scroll to the bottom of this forum, you will see a list of moderators. You will probably need admin help. happy2beamommy and Sweet_Fantasy_Fox are admin. I know there are others but can't remember off the top of my head.

Thanks I think I figured it out not sure if it will help OP or not. For my name I had a first, last and middle initial. I was putting my first name and the initial in the first name slot and my last in the last name slot. So I tried putting just my first name in the first slot and the middle initial and then last name in the last slot and then it worked HTMS!
