Made it to 1 year and ready to be done!
SO, yesterday my baby boy turned one.. I've been exclusivley pumping for the last 7 months or so. I've also been dealing with a plugged duct since tuesday! It's almost completely gone now. I was feeling pretty emotional about the end and thought well maybe I'll continue to pump a little longer even.. but this past week has made me be more than ready to be done! So, I wondering what is the best way to go about this and to make sure I don't end up with more plugged ducts. I'm only pumping around 5 times a day now. Do I just cut out a session and keep it like that for how long before I cut down again? Not sure how to go about it at all..
