TurboFire! While DS takes a nap and DD plays. Started on January 2nd. I love it! I have about 20 pounds until I am in a prime BMI. Watching my calories with an app on my phone and doing that six days a week. It is so much fun, it doesn't feel like you're working out. I actually look forward to it!

Re: If you excercise daily, what do you do?

I have a tredmil at home. I try to put a minimum of a mile on it a day right now. Sometimes more. Sometimes I can only get a few minutes at a time. I have it set at a 5 incline to burn more calories. I move contantly around the house. I do sit-ups, push ups, squats, planks or anything to firm up. I have a 3 month old and 2 older boys so I just do whatever I can without stressing out about it.

Re: If you excercise daily, what do you do?

Erin O'Brien's Strong Body Fit Body DVD. Light weights (start with 5lb, work up to 8lb) and lots of cardio and core work. I loved her prenatal DVD and decided to try her regular one. (She also has Strong Body Ageless Body, which is a little lower key). It's taken me to my lowest adult weight ever, and I feel healthy and strong. LOVE IT. There's a warm up, and then four different cardio sections, of which I do two, then some floor work and a cool down, for a total of about 30 min. Very efficient!

Re: If you excercise daily, what do you do?

I teach spin 1-2x a week and a 30 min abs class 2x a week. I usually go to 2 other spin classes throughout the week and am trying to get in 2 more sessions of strenght training. I run 30+ miles a week, usually over 4 days with one comlete day off a week usually. The days vary a bit depending on my husbands schedule and the kids so it may fluctuate a bit but this is generally how it works out.
