I will not ship under 20 ppd but I do have other listings. Thanks for looking. bumkins GUC. velcro has some wear but still sticky. elastic good. mild pilling on outside. these were seconds. no stains/tears/holes. each comes with insert. pink groove the velcro closure is separating from itself on closure. blue groove. pink butterfly. fits 9-35 lbs 6ppd each
