crock pot breakfast

Is there such a thing? I tried the oatmeal in the crock pot and it was perfect so I was hoping for more ideas since not everyone likes oatmeal. I have tried casseroles before and they are fine but I want something ready when we wake up instead of an hour later.

Crockpot French toast! Crockpot egg breakfast! I don't remember the recipe for the egg breakfast but I know it was diced potatoes, onions, diced ham, beaten eggs. Cooked in low for 6-8 hour.

The totally are! The eggs got a little dry around the top edge but they were so nice and fluffy throughout the rest!

Crock pot French toast is a favorite here! I made one this weekend with the store bought Pepperidge Farm cinnamon swirl bread. OMG!! 4 adults + 2 kids ate the entire thing!

I've also done the hashbrown casserole where you mix in lots of eggs, a meat and cheese. DH and I really liked it but our toddlers did not.

We tried grits this weekend (in an inner bowl w/a water bath) and that was a complete flop! Nothing worse than thinking the crock pot is cooking your breakfast and everyone having to wait when it doesn't work out!
