1 cabbage
1 bell pepper
few carrots
2 onion
garlic
1 large can tomato sauce
bouillon (6 double or 12 single)
italian seasoning
salt to taste

forgot the celery grrrrrr

We're having spaghetti , with a spaghetti squash for the noodles, and a salad. And then I'm making baked GF apple cider donuts for dessert. I did a huge workout this morning, so I have enough calories for a treat.

Tonight I'm making my own healthy version of a burrito.

La Tortilla Factory tortilla
1/4 c of fat free refried beans
3 ounces of taco meat
1/4 c reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese
2 TB fat free sour cream
lettuce
tomato
red pepper
salsa

My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
