I have always wanted to try Yoga and Pilates, but haven't yet. Did the three mile walk on my DVD today and then 10 min. of ab work. I really want to get rid of my fluffy mommy tummy. I know you can't spot reduce, but I know when I was faithfully doing Jillian Michaels workouts my tummy got smaller even if I didn't lose weight. But her workouts hurt my joints and really make my shin splints flare up. I'm hoping that by adding some ab work to my walking/floor aerobics (cause that's really what the walking DVDs are is aerobics with simpler moves, and no step.) that I can start to lose some of the bulk around my middle.

I love that we have so many runners on here! I did a 1/2 last year and really don't know if I have any desire to ever do a full. While it would be a HUGE accomplishment and I know I could do it if I trained, I know I would get burnt out.

Yesterday did week 6 day 3 of C2K5. Ran 22 solid minutes, and got chased by a big dog for about 5 minutes...got my heart rate up!
