I've got most of your allergies - I have some allergy friendly recipes on my site, including a faux peanut butter & rice crispy treats too (I don't cook w/sugar - sometimes use honey or molasses btw).

That sounds yummy. I've been trying to cut back on sugar, but I still use dark brown.
