Love it! I agree with what she says at the end of the tutorial, 2 layers of flannel is thinner then some outfits DS wore as a baby.

Okay.
I just couldn't not say something, sorry. I totally agree that it's your choice as the mom! Just wanted to make sure it was an informed decision, kwim?
Not as a matter of arguing, but because I'm wondering - did you try the harness tightness test with it? I suppose you'd need baby to do that... but maybe with a doll or a stuffy would give a good idea.

I really do like it... I think it's adorable, and a great idea!

Love them Meg!

I got Hiccup's rainbow cocoon done (and spent a whole darn day darning in all the ends!!! Oy stripes!!!), working on a rainbow hat and then maybe I'll do a solid one for each - pink or purple, and blue.
Just gotta get some pics taken.

I <3 ravelry. =)

Need to make some more baby stuff, want to do some longies, but I'll probably make those in 6m size so they fit for next fall/winter.

Oh I love those! My only bit of gender disappointment is that I wont be able to knit my babies little girl outfits (since this will be our last baby). I am hoping my soon to be SIL pops out a little girl in 9 months from their wedding in June.

Re: Baby Craft thread

So we bought a solid wood dresser at the thrift store for $10, DH painted it white. I laid some lace curtains(from the thrift store) over the drawers and spray painted. I'm really happy with how they turned out!

They look really spotty in the picture from the lights/shadows

Yea, I think they price a lot of their furniture cheap just to keep it moving since it takes up space, and this one was really plain. I'm hoping to find some cool drawer pulls to add on it too
