Do you like prunes? No kidding, I know it seems like that is the simple answer, but I eat just 2 a day and It keeps me nice and regular.

I had some real issues with my other pregnancies. Taking added iron pills made it worse for me as well, until I took a stool softener with them (ask your ob). Fiber tablets didn't help much. I did eat a lot of peaches, and green veggies and that helped.

I do like prunes! So do my kids. Haven't bought them lately though. I am going to talk with the doc tomorrow at my appt.

YEP! No magnesium in my vitamins. Honestly I think I will see if I can get something from the dr tomorrow.

Magnesium works really well. I take natural calm powder and prefer it to pills. It's a little pricey but it lasts forever

No costipation this time, but full of gas. I have had the problem in the past, though. Colace or Miralax on a regular basis helped me along with lots of water.

yeah, that usually helps me too! lol But I can't really stomach McD's and my odd can't eat it, b/c every time she eats it she ends up pooping her pants.
poor kid. She freaks out if we even mention eating McD's!!

I did finally get myself some prunes, cherry essence kind, mmmm. And I am going to get some new prenatal's tomorrow.

I'm on Zofran too and it's killing me helping with nausea but no poop in a week. We have Colace and miralax I'm going to have to try one or the other- the foods ya'll mentioned I can't stomach right now!

Ok- so I switched taking my vitamins at night, and started taking magnesium. I think it's starting to work. fx that it continues.
