A question sorry....so the insert snaps onto the pants and is against the skin or is it stuffable with a liner between the insert and skin?

It is a pocket trainer. The insert (or 2 inserts snapped together) goes into a pocket. The t-shirt like cotton knit with frog pattern is against your kiddos skin. I put the snaps on the inserts to make it easier to get both up to the front when stuffing the pocket with 2.
