We've been using a Vicks vaporizer you plug in and put the strips in that smell like the Vicks. It's helped a lot. Also a Neti pot helps if you are all congested.

I need to get a vaporizer. I had one but do not know what happened to it. I think I loaned it out years ago and never got it back.
