Well, Wednesday is usually leftovers as I work until 7 and then have Church right after.

Today we're having Zesty stuffed Peppers. Yummy

We've had bean tostadas for 3 days. I think I may have made too many beans!

Potato soup. Usually includes an assortment of veggies I have to use up. Tonight it had finely chopped carrots, celery, garlic, red bell pepper, onion. It was warm and filling and made LOTS of leftovers.

last night was honey soy chicken from pinterest with homemade wedge fries. Tonight, who knows....DH is in charge since I work late and have Zumba after.
