Is there some kind of 4-5 year old sleep regression? My nearly 5 year old is doing this. Not at bed time but from 1am to 5 am since Christmas eve. My nearly 2 year Olds are doing this also. At least they just need to be re-covered and they are fine.

If my kids do that I tell them it is bedtime time for sleep and leave. If they genuinely have to go to the bathroom they can but they have to go before they get in bed.
