I was modeling and doing music videos blah blah blah at the time but decided to wait til after kids even though i could have got more work. 10ish years later I moved to Indiana and Chicago was the closest "good" Dr I was ok with

They do look better under the muscle IMO. If you have them right under the skin you have a chance to see and feel the bag. Especially if they are saline (which is all you could get for many years). More painful but def worth it! And I think I would have done it the same either way. There is nothing I would change about them.

I was also reading more breast tissue (though still not all) can be seen in a mammogram this way. With regular self checks, it'd still be considered safe. Things to consider...

What type of implant, under or over did mamas who did it get and how much did it cost? Where did you get it done? Did that include a lift?

I've had mine done twice, one of my ruptured and I had to have it replaced.

Mine were Natrelle Silicone. Under muscle. The doctor who did mine always does a lift along with the implants. I had NOTHING to lift LOL. It was about $5000 for saline. Mine were around $7000 for Silicone. I had mine done by Dr Horn in Chicago. He does about 25 a week.... Yep he's rich The nurses joked he could do it if the power went out he had done so many... That's what I wanted someone who specialized in ta-ta's

Ah ok, just making sure there wasn't someone to stay away from! I'm no where near ready for a consult, because I'm not sure we're done having kids, and the rest of me isn't where I want to be. But I like to know about things and think about them. There are some closer to me, but I'm not sure I want to go to one in a small town. It just seems risky.

Capsular contraction. It basically shrunk to the point of popping the implant. I opted to have both implants removed and replaced, after surgery I learned the other side was doing the same and would have eventually ruptured as well.
