Week One is done!

We switched days 6 and 7 b/c of our crazy schedule on this past Saturday.

I lost 2.6 pounds which is fine with me b/c:
-I tend to gain on the scale when I work out (I know it isn't fat, but still)
-we went out for Mexican on Friday night and yesterday (Saturday) I didn't really track my cals. Back to tracking today!

i soo want this program.. i haeit "saved" in my amazon cart so when i get enough saved i can order it.. .. what types or equiipment are needed to do this( weights, etc?? please lmk so i can start keepign eye out)

So far we have needed some hand weights. I am using 5 pounders for now for everything bc I am a weakling. DH switches around depending on the exercise (we already had a whole weight set).

And in one video so far, we had to use stretchy bands with handles which we also already had a few sets of.

I can tell some clothing is fitting better!

As for some non-scale victories- not craving food as much and the other day I came home from work and DH made the kids pizza for dinner and I did not eat any of it

Pizza is my kryptonite

On Tuesday I also did an hour long Zumba class with two of my SILs.

i bit the bullet today and ordered this program off amazon today( i got reisitance bands from the store here).. i cant wait to try this.. im working on mainly toning now.. iv e reached my goal weight
