mel i was hoping you would chime in. I need a seat for walker. I hate bobs car. the infant seat does not fit well...without my knees hitting the seat. Anyways need a convertible seat....we have one already a britax marathon. i am going to go out tomorrow and play with the seat and see how it fits but i still need another for my car then...He has a 2012 nissan pathfinder

The Pathfinder is a 5-seater, yes? What do Stella and Jack ride in?

I loved my Marathon, but it's not great if you have a huge kid like mine. The True Fit rocks, but not for three-across. A RF Radian would likely do the trick, but it does depend on what the others are riding in.

Mel its a 7 seater with the 3 rd row. Currently jack is in a turbobooster stella in a nautilus in the 3 rd row. Walker is in a infant seat. I thing the front/ back profile is our issue

If Stella is in a Nauti in the 3rd row and Jack is in a Turbo, I honestly think you could put anything in there and be fine. Almost ALL convertibles are going to take less room back-to-front because they install so much more upright. I think a Marathon, Radian, True Fit or even a My Ride would be fine.
