Help finding OBV prefolds without knit outer

Please! Baby girl needs super soft like last week for this eczema rash I'm having trouble finding prefolds (or flats/preflats/anything without leg elastic) in bamboo velour both inside AND outside so that when it's folded and on only the obv touches her skin. Can't have serging on the edges that would be along the leg or inside touching her bum. Serging on the top edges should be okay. No dye either. Does this exist anywhere? New, used, I don't care. The most frustrating part is I made a bunch of these a few years ago and sold them all off brand new! Grrr.
Oh and I don't care if there's OBF in the inner layers or anything, but it's gotta be all bamboo, and only OBV where it will touch baby. Thanks so much!
