Re: So in love with my GMD prefolds!

He's about 21lb and has huge thighs and tummy. He also has "long crack syndrome"! So I do have to fold down the rise but the reds were just no longer cutting it. They don't go high enough in the back anymore and after witnessing a poo funnel coming from back there twice I said let's size up. My DD wore reds all the way till PLing.

WOW! I love big babies. I was just excited this one has chubby thighs, my last one was so skinny.

Re: So in love with my GMD prefolds!

I just got my brown edge from GMD last week and they're sooo squishy soft! We sized up from DJ Green edge (medium) and DD is 15 mos and 24 lbs. I have to fold an inch down in the back of the brown edge (though, still not fully prepped), but she has chunky thighs and we needed the larges. So much more absorbant than my padfolded flats, which I have destashed...loving these browns! We use large Dappi pull-ons exclusively and an Econobum cover at night (trifolded brown with fleece liner)

Yes! I don't know why it took me this long to discover Dappis but I love them. I alternated between Dappis and wool soakers all day over them and his skin looks amazing. He's a heavy wetter and even though not fully prepped, he was really only partially wet even after an hour in the wrap.
