Pertussis vaccine is not very effective, something like 90% of all whooping cough cases are fully vaxed. .
I've been trying to find this statistic because it's bothering me. All I could find was that in Vermont, 90% of cases in children under the age of 18 were in children who were 'vaccinated' defined as having 'at least one dose' of the vaccine (meaning not all children had completed the series), I believe the article was at least a year old... does anyone have a better source on this??
