I'd say about 90%. DS1 wore sposies for meconium, once for vacation, and once because we had ammonia. Now he wears 1 sposie pull up at night, no overnight cloth trainers can hold him, he's an extremely heavy wetter.
DS1 has been in sposies for 2 days, when he was first born because nothing fit. Hasn't been in once since. He's 7 months now.
