is anyone else having a problem with lost PMs?

Twice this week I have had PM's I sent not reach their intended recipient, and of course it was during negotiations with an unhappy buyer, making me look like I was ignoring her!

I don't really think it is possible for pms to get lost?

One of two thing tends to happen.

Pm gets sent to the wrong person (not possible if you aren't actually entering user name)

Or you compose pm and get called away before hitting send (happens to me a lot) and someone else closes the page I was on

Check your sent box to see if you sent the pm

Once was from my phone, so I think maybe the connection got lost.
The second time was on my desktop, while the kids were at school and the baby was napping so I *know* I didn't get distracted. I composed it and sent it, but it is not in my sent folder. And yes, I was replying, so the user name was correct.
