Slightly felted. It's kind of in between an xsmall and a small.
I believe this may have been a seconds? (But I can't find any problems). I bought it used from someone on diaperswappers! But only used it a few times. It is very, very slow drying (but bulletproof, as they say). Just washed it. Ready to ship ASAP!
