Pork broth?
What can I use this for? I don't want to make split pea soup- need some other ideas.
TIA!

Re: Pork broth?
You can use it for any kind of bean soup. Would probably be good in a potato soup instead of chicken broth. Use it to make rice instead of water- would make really good jambalaya. Last time I had some I made an everything in the fridge soup. Use the pork broth mixed with chicken broth and then threw every veggie we had in the fridge in it (think we ended up with carrots, onion, green beans, celery, cabbage) like any soup I sauteed onion, garlic, celery and carrots (we keep fresh) in olive oil then add the broths and remaining veggies and cook until all the veggies are done. Turned out really good.
