I would leave it. At that age it wouldn't be a big deal to me.

I'd leave it alone. I've had white/grey hairs since kindergarten. It has never bothered me.

My younger son has one white hair. I've just left it alone. My hubby has a white hair that he has had for a long time. (I restrain myself from mentioning that it has friends nowadays.)

I don't think it is a skin problem like vitiligo. It's just a lone white strand and she has no white spots anywhere. (It's actually tinselly bright white near the root and darker at the end.) She has lots of hair for her age so I'll just leave it. (Her hair is shoulder length now)
