Has anyone seen the chain mail pot scrubber? If I can figure out how to post links from my phone I'll do it later. Its on Amazon. A small square scrubber made from steel chain mail. Rubs off all the flecks.

Re: speaking of cast iron

We use a scraper and very hot water. Then oil it. We do the same thing with our wok. Have been doing that for years. They have great non-stick surfaces. I never cook meat in them and rarely eggs or dairy, so I don't worry too much.
