ISO booster with a nylon or all cotton cover?

My son has a poly allergy, among other things. We have always stuck with Britax Cowmooflage since it's nylon, not polyester. Nylon is fine, as is cotton but cotton/poly blends are not okay. He doesn't have all that much contact with the seat but in the summer or for him to fall asleep, his face touches the seat cover and he ends up with a rash.

We've had a Roundabout 50, a Marathon and a Boulevard. I had called a few carseat companies 2+ years ago looking for a poly free car seat cover and that was all I found. I remember Britax had another nylon fabric option but I forget which one & if it's still around. I remember it was either a light blue or a tan plush like the Cowmooflage feels. Kicking myself now for not keeping track of that.

We need to find a lighter weight booster for an occasional 2nd seat in grandma's car. I have medical problems and my son's Boulevard is way too heavy for me to lift in and out of my car and my mom's. Britax makes the Frontier in Cowmooflage but it's just has heavy as the Boulevard. Is there another option? I'd need something lightweight, under 10 lbs and something that isn't massive width wise. It doesn't have to be tiny but I need to be able to get 3 across the back seat in a Toyota Camry (1 in the Roundabout rear facing, 1 in the seat alone and 1 with this booster seat as part of that 3).

I was going to suggest the Frontier Cowmooflage, but I really don't know what seats have nylon vs. poly covers. Evenflo boosters are almost half the weight of the Frontier, but I don't know what type fabric they have. I hope you find something that works.

You might call Britax and see if any of their boosters are nylon. Some of the boosters use the same fabrics as the regular seats.
