Has anyone tried a slightly crunchy px2??

I'm a little unsure of how they are supposed to work. Is it basically just a cover to hold a prefold or insert but it's not waterproof? Has anyone tried one and liked it?
Thanks.

I have one, and I don't ever use it. It is just basically a fitted dipe that you have to add a doubler or prefold to b/c it doesn't have its own soaker. It's kinda pricy for what it is, IMO.

I just got two. They are two layers of cloth-woven outer, flannel inner, with snaps. You lay your tri-folded prefold in there, so you can go coverless without using pins or a snappi, and it would protect your covers from getting poopy.
I wanted to try it because we use wool covers. They work pretty well. I thought they might make the pfs a little more dh friendlly.

I tried one and they're pretty cool, but since I don't really use PFs, it just kinda sits. If you want to try it, I could let it go for $5 ppd - just PM me
