Baby acne

DS is 6 weeks today and appears to be starting with baby acne on his cheeks. Doesn't they usually start earlier? His dry skin (present since birth on this head, back, and legs mostly) seems to be getting worse despite only bathing him 1-2 times per week. We use coconut oil after baths. Just wondering if either could be related to a food sensitivity?

Re: Baby acne

It's normal for infants to have acne. Some infants even experiences break outs like a teenager. It's pretty harmless. I use eucerin aquaphor on my DS and it seems to be working well.
