these feel amazing to help opne up your hips and i do them every few days...stops the waddle from getting outta control!

im up 20 lbs at 23 weeks, so im right there with you! i weighed this much at 33 weeks last time- ah well. cute pics, thats a hardcore squat. i squat every day too but not that far down...dang mama!
