Cheryl, Amazon will not carry this flour, it is grown only in the high altitude mountain states and has one place in CO that process it. so Amazon wont carry it

High-Altitude Hungarian Flour sold in grocery stores throughout the Southwest is milled by ConAgra from hard wheat grown at high altitudes. It has about 12 percent protein, about as much as bread flour.

It's a Teppan yaki griddle...we got some meat/chicken-fillets/shrimp at the supermarket and cooked them on it and had some chopped veggies with it.

My sister wants me to visit her in August...which should be ok but you know me and my fear of going places I've never been alone. Well it turns out she doesn't have room for us to stay with her (she has a house but her son has his own room so there is no room for us) and she think she'll be able to find somewhere for us to stay. Maybe at her FIL's in a spare room or her husbands nan's in a spare room.....I'm already going off the idea.

Even if it was ok....Fynn is a little boy and goes to bed a 7:15pm every night. I'd have a rubbish time in someone's Gran's house after he goes to bed.

I cant see me managing it to be honest....worst is I'm sure to have to see my mother and my sister too. Oh good grief. I really dont want to have to do that.
