Hi mama! Sorry I'm just now seeing this. The skirts are cotton, with nylon/spandex belly.
I just bought these on eBay and have never worn or washed these. Given the cotton content, I imagine that they would need ironing in their laundry routine.

The top skirt measures about 18 inches from hem to the belly panel, when measuring the front of the skirt. The overall length is 27.5 inches.
The bottom one measures 16.5 inches from hem to the belly panel, when measuring the front of the skirt. The overall length is 26.5inches.
