Is there always a temp dip??

Ok, I know that a temp dip doesn't necessarily mean implantation, BUT, does implantation always mean a temp dip? If I'm temping, should I even bother testing if I haven't seen a temp dip? Can implantation occur without a temp dip?

With my recent loss I did not have a temp dip at implantation and I tested positive at 12 dpo. I did have what's know as a triphasic chart and that was my clue I was preggo. You can see my chart in my siggy.

I almost NEVER get a temp dip with my pregnancies. With this one my chart looked like the teeth of a pirahna.....lol up down up down..... The temp rise sounds good!

Today's temp plummeted lmao so all the talk of no dips was irrelevant this time.

Re: Is there always a temp dip??

How much would it dip? My PLP temp is only .1 to .3 above the coverline normally. Would a dip go below the coverline?

I have never ever had a temp dip. I have gotten a triphasic chart each time I've been pregnant though!
