So what if she can't do it from her phone, that's not your problem. You can go on the internet free at a library. You don't need to send her a money request, she needs to refund you. I think she's a big enough girl that she can figure out a way to do it. Ugh! And pending? I'd be soo annoyed, I hope it works out for you!
