So far, it's just called "boob". Once he's old enough to talk, he may choose to call it something else. (Or, I may choose to call it something else, haha.)

My older kids used to sign "milk" now I'm nursing baby 3 and we say mommy milk.

When DD first started talking, she called it "mah." We ran with that. She used that same word to also refer to bras and the boob.

My dd signs milk or says "nur" for nurse.
We've always called it nurse (or nursing) or asked if she wanted milk.
