I got out my vibrams and wore them for a couple hours today. My feet are cold and one of my toes hurts so bad LOL

Aww. In the winter I wear my smartwool toe socks with my Vibrams. So does your toe normally hurt?

I haven't worn my vibrams since August because I was having issues with swelling in my left foot and then it got cold, so my guess is that my feet aren't used to them anymore. I bought some Injinji socks and there is no way I could get my toes in the Vibrams with socks. I have fat toes and wide feet. The next pair of Vibrams that I buy will likely be men's because of it.

I am slowly getting back to primal. I am also starting to eat a couple bits of meat. I had chicken apple sausages today and the idea of eating pork chops for dinner tomorrow night doesn't completely revolt me.

I just ate a coconut cream pie lara bar and I think I am in heaven.

I am a little (lot) off right now because of morning sickness. Typically, prior to this, I usually fast untill 11 AM or so and then break it with a cup of coffee, cream (primal) and honey.

Lunch (around 1 or 2) is usually an egg dish or leftovers. I really like crustless broccoli quiche- I either leave out the milk entirely or use almond milk for my DS that is allergic to dairy. I get his and then sprinkle kerrygold cheese over the top of mine and stick it under the broiler in the toaster oven for a moment, or just skip it.

Dinner: Meat, maybe roast with green beans and a salad. I really love shredded pork seasoned with green salsa and eaten like a taco salad. We also eat a lot of Thai style stir fries. DH loves curry and I love drunken basil beef.



AFM-- I ate pork chops!!!! I'm coming back! Yay! I am going to wean myself off of all of the crap over the next couple weeks and try to get back in shape.

I ate almost primal today except the tacos for lunch. I had coffee and cream for breakfast, two tacos at the Mexican place next to where I was spinning, but I loaded them with pico de gallo and cilantro to try and make up for it Then for dinner I hate a pork chop seasoned with salt and pepper, some red potatoes done with olive oil and garlic in the oven and a small salad with oil and vinegar. Snacks were raisins, macadamia nuts and a coconut cream larabar (did I mention how good those are!?). I am totally starving right now, so I am rooting around, trying to make a good choice. =D

this is how it is for me I dont eat anything until noon I usually have lots of meat and veggies and a bowl of berries. my kids usually have eggs and bacon for breakfast.
