Can I join? Current Weight is 200lbs. I need to get down to 150 or under. Been doing 30 mins videos during the week and then 1 hour zumba on saturdays. Trying to also eat better and smaller meals. Have to be careful though because I'm nursing.

Welcome!! I am also nursing and calorie count. So far I have lost over 50 lbs and not had supply issues.

I hit my 127.9 today!!! I cannot believe I am in the 120s and staying here! I am still trying to lose but more or less eating more of what I want to as long as I stay in my calories. I am trying to get ready to maintain. I have been on my diet so long that I forgot what it is like to not be on one. So I am trying to allow myself some snacks now.

Milestones:
-in the 130's....finally!
-I can comfortably cross my legs!
-I can zip up my jacket without sucking in!

Mini goal for next Friday: 136.9

As for me I'm reporting no change because I gained water weight this week. I'm gonna call it a maintain week.

With that being said I took measurements today. I have lost an overall 15.5 inches from 6 places I measure in 5 weeks! I am so stinking proud. I may not be dropping weight but I losing inches.

Great job!!! Fantastic milestones! I loved it when I could zip up my jacket again after not being able to for so long.
