Unfortunately, to me it sounds like you have a teacher that's going to try to do as little as possible and make you fight. Make sure anything you feel your son needs to be successful is written into the IEP. That is the best way to make sure he gets what he needs as it is legally binding.
Yes, I think she's going to be a difficult one. I will be glad with May comes and he no longer has her as a teacher. I was so upset yesterday I was ready to leave work and go withdraw him from school. Overreacting...maybe...but she made me so mad.
