Add me to the list of those that didn't really do great last week. Today is a new day though and each bite is another chance to make a better choice. I mapped out this week of workouts on my calendar and am heading into this week with a positive attitude.

Got in a 4 mile run today. First time in 2 weeks!

I got a lot of food prep done today too. Made a big batch of Pizza Chili (only 156 cals per cup!), cut up veggies and fruit, and packed my lunch for work tomorrow.

My bday is Friday and I really want to celebrate by seeing a loss at the scale!

I had a horrible week - including eating an entire large pizza (minus half a slice because my belly gave out on me) in a moment of weakness. Or make that 30 minutes of weakness. I'm still down for the week, but definitely I could have been in better shape with some different decisions! I'm weighing in on Sundays for WW so it just makes sense to do the same for this group.

Had a bad week. I just got done with a 3 week grain and sweetener free challenge in which I went from size 10 to size 4 but only lost 3 lbs. and in 3 days I gained all 3 lbs back. Disappointing. I also haven't worked out in about 3 weeks so I need to start back up again and get off the grains. I <3 Mac n cheese and it likes to stick to me unfortunately. So I'm done with it. I think :/

So we had a great dinner and it was fantastic!! The restruant was uber posh. They even had koby beef - the best beef in the world. I had piece and it was heavenly!! Their sushi was to die for. Then we went to are local pub and I had some Guinness. We were seated at a table full of very happy drunk people. The one of the girls got too drunk and could not get off the floor in the bathroom. I tried to help her but she was too drunk. The bar had to call 911 to help get her up. I felt horrible for her. I almost had her up once. Her man couldn't get her up either. It was interesting to say the least. We actually stayed out till 10. I came home and ate a ton of exotic cheese.

I was happy to see my baby when we picked him up. The boys were still awake as they would not go to bed for my dad. Stinkers. I enjoyed coffee in quiet this AM then picked up the Muppets at 10. Even the big one came home and his girl friend is coming over later.
