I've started adding rice cakes to our lunch as a "filler". They really enjoy them. That with fruit and chesse they are happy campers. Sometimes they put PB on them, but usually they just eat the caramel or white cheddar ones plain.
Yep We do brown rice or multigrain rice/grain cakes. My dd loves the crunch & it is a bit more filling w/almond butter or other nut butters. We also do hummus w/them. I get the individual serving Sabra packets of plain hummus at Costco & they are super handy & both my kids love them.
