I basically can not drink water the last trimester. Period. One swallow and it's almost instant horrific reflux/heart burn. Very VERY painful. I am finding tea is tolerable somewhat, hopefully that's good enough. I drink a TON of milk, seriously some days almost a gallon because it's all that keeps the reflux and burn down. It sucks!
