when did your baby out grow small bg aios?

At what weight did your baby out grow the smalls? Is he chunky or skinny? I'm trying to decide if I need to start stalking for meds now or if I can wait a bit.

I will start stalking for mediums now. They are hard to find new or EUC. We stop using the smalls at about 15lbs because we had the mediums to use. He is skinny, he was born @ 5lbs and is only 23lbs @ 2 year old to give you an idea.

He still fits in the medium but just started outgrew the absorbency. I am still debating about selling my mediums since I have another one on the way and I worry I won't be able to find them but my mediums need the aplix and elastics replaced.
