I'm post baby- 9weeks and down to pre baby size! I worked realllly hard during my pregnancy to stay in shape. I ran a lot, which I know is not everyone's cup of tea.. But I also did this workout video. I have this set, which is $10ppd or just the pregnancy one for xxx sold

It is not a wimpy pregnancy workout. It's a safe workout that keeps you defined and strong. Easy to do in your own living room. No extra stuff needed. I actually loved it so much I got two CDs incase I lost one. Lol!! It works!

Have the same one, and love it.
Got her "Strong Body Fit Body" as well, and hit my lowest adult weight ever by 5 or 6 months postpartum. She's great!

I had tried several others with my second And wa under impressed! Lol! She really gets you in shape! Especially for natural birth! I did slot of squatting during my labor and without strong legs I woulda fallen over. Lol!!!

I ended up buying sets for a number of friends who were pregnant too - they've been passed around and shared all over our community.
If you miss out on this set, you can usually find them pretty reasonably on Amazon or e-Bay.

Erin O'Brien's Prenatal Fitness Fix, and her Postnatal Rescue.
The postnatal one isn't too much of a real "workout" (only 15 min long), but it's done in three stages and it's very good for finding your ab muscles back safely, and getting you ready for a real workout.
