I used to could on my droid and loved that I could use my kindle everywhere. Is there a way I can do it on iPhone 4 on straight talk?

There should be an option on iPhone 4 and 5 but don't know where. I can't do it on my 3s.

There is an option but you have to get it through your phone provider. I have AT&T and it wasn't included with the lower data package.
