Is this only for little babies or would it be beneficial for a young toddler? My dd is 18 mo and she has the worst cold she ever had. She is dripping snot constantly, still horribly congested, cannot breathe out of her nose at all (which is making nursing hard right now) and is snoring like an old man, the bulb syringe is not helping at all.

Would it be worth it?
